  • Our Warming & Uplifting pouch is made with ginger, citrus, and cinnamon which are often used to provide warmth, uplift mood, stimulate the mind, and ease anxieties. The Warming & Uplifting pouch's aromatherapeutic benefits help boost mood and uplift the spirit. These can be felt best by placing the pouch on your chest or anywhere you can smell the aromas. The pouch can also be used by heating it in your microwave and placing it somewhere you need a little extra warmth that day! The pouch holds heat well so it can be used inside pockets and jackets for short trips outdoors in the cold.

    Our herbal pouches are wonderful as is, but for added healing our pouches can easily be warmed or chilled! Place your pouch on a microwave safe plate and heat for 30 seconds - 2 minutes (depending on your microwave). Pouches can also be placed in the freezer for about 15 minutes to be used as a cold press or weighted eye mask.

    Do not overheat your pouch or let it get wet.

    Our herbs, spices, flowers, and oils are all homegrown or thoughtfully sourced.

    We recommend storing Aromatherapy Pouches in air tight containers or bags to prolong the life of the aroma. We use all natural herbs, flowers, and oils for scents so the smell will slowly fade over time.
