  • Pouches can easily be warmed or chilled! Place your pouch on a microwave safe plate and heat for 30 seconds - 2 minutes (depending on your microwave). Pouches can also be placed in the freezer for about 15 minutes to be used as a cold press or weighted eye mask.

    Do not overheat your pouch or let it get wet.

    Available in 5oz 4x4” and 10oz 4x8” sizes.
