Madison Vermilya

Madison Vermilya is a local artist focusing primarily on illustration and painting, creating and designing everything out of her South Philly apartment. She finds inspiration in much of her work from surrealism and the unusual…& you may have noticed she likes adding legs to things. Between a dancing water ice, an acrobatic Venus fly-trap, or a lady taking a nap in a cheesesteak, you could say she enjoys creating whimsical things. While she has lots of non-leg artwork, she plans to keep this series going, because why not see what other creatures can be created? Enjoy the playing card versions (to one day be a full deck) or the Philly versions (because can Philly ever really have enough wild creatures to celebrate?)
