This workbook is meant to help people become more comfortable thinking about death and mortality. It contains five prompts meant to be completed once a day for five days, asking questions about the way we view death and what we might have in mind for our own final days. While the subject matter is a bit heavy, I've designed the workbook so that these questions don't feel quite so intimidating.
